7. Payment Terms
Payment for services will be according to the package chosen by the client. Invoices will be issued monthly and are payable within 30 days of receipt. Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and Stripe.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice. Obligations incurred prior to termination shall be fulfilled even after termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hazer LLC’s liability for damages arising out of or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.
10. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hazer LLC against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the client’s violation of these terms or applicable laws.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in the jurisdiction of Twin Falls, ID, USA.
12. Modification of Terms
Hazer LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notification of changes will be sent to clients via email.
